2016 We just wanted to say thank you very much for your assistance with the rat issue in the Faculty. Your prompt assistance and understanding was very much appreciated. We would also like to mention how impressed we were with the work Craig did. Craig spent the best part of 2 hours here and wasn’t going to leave until he found the rat. He went out of his way to do everything he possibly could e.g. digging out dirt and other rubbish with his hands which reeked of rats and deodorising every part of the office with his special pink solution. We are all so grateful for the work he did, and he did it all with so much enthusiasm, a sense of humour and a smile. We don’t know how he managed to tolerate the smell being so close to the source! The job he did certainly wasn’t the most pleasant job around. Leigh it would be great if you could pass this feedback onto Craig and anybody else who should know. Thanks once again. The wall has now been closed and the office smells one hundred times better. If it wasn’t for you and Craig I’m certain the putrid smell would still be in the Faculty today. We are ever so grateful.
